Mad Shade Zine creates a platform for writers, photographers, and other visual artists to display their work while supporting a different local charity every month, every issue. To date 100% of  Mad Shade profit has supported: Texas After Violence, Planned Parenthood, The Trans-Assistance Project, Safe Place ATX, Green Doors, and Urban Roots ATX. Based out of Austin, Texas--the hope is that our scope and mission is not limited to geography.
